Basle am Behe, chives (onion) with eggs, is a simple Syriac–Aramean dish eaten together with bread.
Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 300 g salad onions (scallions)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch (krm) paprika spice
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions:
- Wash and finely chop the salad onion.
- Boil the eggs and let cool. Finely chop and mix with the salad onion.
- Add the spices and mix the salad. Serve with fresh bread.
