Syriac-Aramean Village of Armun During Sayfo

Armun, also known as Ermuni or by its Turkish name Yassıca, lies northeast of Kfar-Gawze. Ten Syriac-Aramean families resided in this small settlement. Government forces led by an unnamed representative from Hasno, alongside Kurdish tribesmen, attacked the village. The assault resulted in the murder of nearly all inhabitants, with only ten individuals surviving the massacre.
